Alcohol Waiver

At Park Place Venue, alcohol may be served at your event under the following conditions:

• Licensed bartenders are required. Clients must hire and provide licensed bartenders to serve all alcohol.

• Alcohol may not be sold under any circumstances.

• Guests must be 21 or older to be served alcohol. Clients are responsible for ensuring IDs are properly checked.

• Alcohol must be served responsibly. Intoxicated guests should not be served further.

• Alcohol service must end at least 1 hour prior to the end of your event.

• No alcohol may leave the rented premises, including the parking lot.

• All open containers must be cleared and removed from the venue at the end of the event.

• Park Place Venue reserves the right to stop alcohol service if these rules are not followed.

Liability Notice
By booking with Park Place Venue, you accept full responsibility for all alcohol brought to and consumed at your event. The venue, its owners, and staff are released from any liability related to alcohol service or consumption.
