What types of events can be hosted at Park Place Venue?

We welcome a wide range of events, including baby showers, weddings, birthday celebrations, networking events, receptions, and more.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Park Place comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests/80 seated, making it ideal for intimate gatherings and mid-sized celebrations.

What amenities are included with the rental?

Every rental includes:

  • Tables and Chiavari chairs

  • Setup and cleanup

  • Venue Wi-Fi

  • Free on-site parking

  • Kitchenette with rolling cooler

  • Bar access

  • Bluetooth speakers and microphone

What are the rental rates?

  • Monday–Thursday: $900

  • Friday: $1,300

  • Saturday: $1,500

  • Sunday: $1,400

  • Weekday Hourly: $175 (3-hour minimum)

Package options with décor, linens, and more are also available.

How long is the rental period?

Standard venue only rentals are for 7 hours. Packages and custom timeframes may be arranged depending on availability. Full day rentals are 12 hours.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own licensed caterers, DJs, and decorators, or we can recommend trusted vendors.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, bar access is available with proper licensing and security as required.

How do I book the venue?

Bookings are confirmed once your contract is signed and deposit is received. An invoice will be sent directly (outside of the website) with secure payment options.

How early should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free, private parking is available on-site for all events.
