Venue-Only Cleanup Checklist
General Space

Remove all decorations, signage, and personal items brought in.

Take down balloon garlands, streamers, or wall décor without damaging surfaces.

Collect and bag all trash; place in designated bins or outside containers.

Sweep and/or vacuum floors.
-
Mop any visible spills or sticky areas.
Tables & Chairs
-
Wipe down tables.
-
Fold and stack tables as instructed (if required).
-
Stack Chiavari chairs neatly on racks or in designated storage area.
Kitchenette & Bar Area
-
Remove all food, drinks, and catering supplies.
-
Wipe countertops, sinks, and bar surfaces.
-
Empty rolling cooler of ice, bottles, or trash.
-
Sweep and mop kitchenette floor.
Restrooms
-
Remove trash from restroom bins.
-
Wipe down sinks and counters.
-
Check toilets and urinals are flushed and clean.
AV & Equipment
-
Return Bluetooth speakers, mic, and any other venue-provided equipment to storage.
-
Turn off and unplug devices if used.
-
Remove all extension cords or rented AV brought by client/vendors.
Final Walkthrough
-
Check all rooms (lounge, foyer, event space, restrooms) for left-behind items.
-
Turn off lights and ensure doors are locked (staff/venue manager responsibility).
-
Confirm with staff that checklist is complete before leaving.
