Refund Policy

Please see cancellation schedule below. The Refund amount shown is based on the understanding that full payment of the Event Fee was already made at the time of cancellation. Please note: postponements are considered cancellations. We are not responsible for weather, travel, or guest/attendee circumstances, etc.
Cancellations must be made in writing or by person-to-person communication (NO VOICEMAIL MESSAGE). Any rental/add-on cancellations are subject to a 50% refund.
IF FOR ANY REASON WE ARE UNABLE TO OPERATE DUE TO GOVERNMENT MANDATE (PARTICULARLY BUT NOT LIMITED TO COVID-19) POSTPONEMENT WITHIN 18 MONTHS OF THE EVENT WILL BE GRANTED AND NO CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WHATSOEVER.

60+ days prior to event - Full refund less Half event Price

30-59 days prior to event - No refund

1-29 days prior to event - No refund

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM LOSS OF $500

Events may be rescheduled one time without penalty if requested at least 60 days before the original event date, subject to availability.
Requests made less than 60 days before the event will incur a $200 rescheduling fee.

Failure to use the venue on the booked date without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.), Park Place Venue will work with the client to reschedule the event or provide a partial refund at management’s discretion.
